个人简介:
1963年3月出生,湖南湘潭人;1992年获中国科学技术大学凝聚态物理专业博士学位;1992年6月至1993年9月中国科学技术大学物理系,讲师;1993年10月至1998年4月任中国科学技术大学物理系,副教授;1994年1月至1995年10月德国卡尔斯鲁厄研究中心固体物理研究所和斯图加特马普固体物理研究所,洪堡基金学者;1998年7月起任中国科学技术大学物理系教授;1998年7月至1999年2月日本北陆先端科学技术研究院,访问学者;2001年1月至2003年2月美国德克萨斯超导研究中心,访问研究学者;1999年1月获得国家杰出青年基金资助;2002年10月至2007年9月受聘教育部长江特聘教授。2013年入选“万人计划”首批科技创新领军人才。2015年入选中国科学院院士。现任中国科学技术大学物理系教授,博士生导师,中科院强耦合量子材料物理重点实验室主任,以及中科院强磁场科学中心副主任。

陈仙辉长期以来一直坚持新型非常规超导体的探索及超导和强关联物理的研究,发现的新型超导体涵盖铜氧化合物超导体,富勒烯超导体,铁基超导体和有机超导体等多种体系, 并展开了深入的研究。他的研究组在相关领域取得了一系列创新性研究成果,在Nature (3篇)、Science(1篇)、Nature 子刊(16篇)、Phys. Rev. Lett.(31篇)和 Phys. Rev. B (90余篇) 等刊物发表论文330 余篇,他引次数超过10000次。尤其在铁基超导体的研究中取得突破性成果:关于SmFeAsO1-xFx中发现43K超导电性的工作已被引用超过1000次;包括他的成果在内的铁基超导体研究被Science 评为“2008 年度十大科技进展”;被美国物理学会评为 “2008 年度物理学重大事件”;被欧洲物理学会评为 “The best of 2008”;入选《科技日报》评选的“2008年国内十大科技新闻”;入选两院院士评选的“2008年世界十大科技进展新闻”;入选科技部评选的“2008年中国基础研究十大新闻”;入选教育部评选的“2008年中国高等学校十大科技进展”。由于在铁基高温超导材料研究中取得的重大突破性成果,陈仙辉领导的团队是该领域中最有影响的实验研究组之一。
